I'm well into the game now and I'm still getting tips popping up during combat telling me how to activate powers and ammo, and to use Unity to revive my team.

Worse, I've had tips pop up when entering dialogue, and I have to wait until they fade in order to continue, as they cover up the dialogue choices.

There's gotta be a way to disable these tips, but so far I'm missing it. Can anyone help me out?
