Title is simple, follow the rules. Post your top 8 teammates that will battle the reapers with you. Give a SMALL description as to why if you feel like it. Also, post 1 character that you would love to be on your team if you could pick anyone from the mass effect universe.

1. Liara - Golden biotic girl that isn't annoying as hell like Samara, who by the way was the biggest let down ever. (I'm still bitter she shut me down leave me alone ><)

2. Mordin - Best written character ever. True internal conflict at it's best outside of Liara when she breaks down on Illium. Funniest character I've seen in anyyyy video game. Bravo Bioware.

3. Tali - I love biotics so her tech balances out nice. She was annoying in ME1 but AWESOMEE in me2. Tied for Best loyalty mission of the game with Mordin. Awkward romantic advances and hinting at she's liked you since ME1 were priceless.

4. Garrus - My main man. Got him groomed into a guy who doesn't care for any rules and busts down all the doors to get his man. Might not be great with the ladies, but he's hilarious all the same.

5. Wrex - Will take the place of Grunt if we can only have 1 krogan. Otherwise Grunt is #6. He's more powerful (imo) and while Grunt was great... Wrex was a champ.

6. Legion - One of the most interesting characters I've ever seen. Never been put in a position like that with an ally, and Bioware didn't make it cheesy (OH YOUZ IS TEEMIN up Wit da ENEMY naow! LoL)

7. Thane - I really want to see how his kid turns out in the end. Plus he will not be dying anytime soon if I have anything to say about it.

8. Miranda - People may hate, but she was done well. Her "thanks Shepard" speeches were well done and actually believable. Not star struck by you, makes sassy remarks in love arch. Will keep around.


#9. Shiala, the asari commando from Feros. Helped her a lot throughout this business and she was obviously terribly interested on Ilium. Seems to be powerful and has a great character. Would love to have her aboard.

You don't have any say in this. He dies in 6 months. From clues in the game ME3 will be at least 1 year after ME2

3. Garrus: He is the man and him and Shepard are a team



4. Miranda: Just seems like it will happen



5. Grunt: Since Shepars will always be in the middle of the best fight. Grunt will want to be there.



6. Mordin: He is just that damn cool.



7. Samara: Shepard is still trying to save everything makes sense for her to stick around.



8. Ashley: Just so she can be pissy about me leaving her for Jack



#9. Aira: The Asari from Omega. Just seems like she would be badass and something from that past we get hints at could came back in ME3 to get het to join you,

1. Tali - My favorite character in both ME1 and 2. And i still want to know what she looks like.



2. Legion - Really interesting character. I want to find out more about him, and it would be cool to see him become more and more like a real person.



3. Mordin - Hes just awesome. And i wouldnt mind another song!



4. Wrex - He only got cooler in Mass Effect 2.



5. Grunt - I would like to see him develop a mentor/pupil relationship with Wrex.



6. Liara - I like the geeky girl vibe.



7. Garrus - Didnt like him in the first game, but he was a lot better in Mass Effect 2.



8. Samara - A lot of potential for a great character.

This wouldn't happen, since she says since the thorian died her biotics have been shot into the ground

Not neccessarily in any order.



1. Garrus - I went through the entire final battle to save him and Tali, if he isn't in ME3 I may ruin my Paragon Neutral stance.



2. Tali - See above, also Talimance.. heh.



3. Thane - Possibly the best character I've ever seen, his backstory is amazing and his Loyalty Mission is one of the best experiences in the game. Also, getting a cure for his disease would be a nice sidequest/loyalty quest.



4. Grunt - Since I cannot get Wrex on board, as he's busy uniting the Krogan Race, I might aswell keep Grunt.



5. Mordin - Simply for his awesomeness.



6. Legion - A nice change from the usually robot character's we've seen in other RPGs. Reminds me of HK-47, for whatever reason. WE NEED THE ANSWER TO THE ARMOR!!



7. Jack - Even though I still have no reason for her other than biotics, I'm sure there's more backstory to be seen.



8. Jacob - A nice contrast to Miranda, has a nice backstory.

3. Wrex - on account of being an all around bad ass.

4. Legion - See Wrex, plus he's a Geth and the awesomeness of saving the galaxy with a Geth by your side should not be ignored.

5. Mordin - One of the best characters in ME 2 by far. I want him to sing as we fly into the final battle.

6. Grunt - Why not have TWO Krogan?

7. Miranda - I liked her as Shepard's second in command.

8. Samara - She ended up being a far more enjoyable character than I thought she would be.

1. Mordin- one of my favorite characters in any video game. Really well written, very likable.



2. Kaidan- really neat backstory, and basically my shepard's bff.



3. Miranda- my Shepard's love interest, and a really cool character. She really pulls off the femme-fetale thing. I could see her leaving Cerberus in the third one which would be awesome.



4. Wrex- really badass. enough said. i could see him uniting the krogan to stop the Reapers.



5. Garrus- he's been around for the first 2, and really should be there for the final one as well.



6. Tali- really likable, good tech person.



7. Thane- likable, really cool backstory.



8. Zaeed- underdeveloped and deserves the chance to explore his backround more.

1. Jacob. Because he is too damn awesome not to have on my team. I really loved how he creates a "Bro" friendship with the male Shepard.



2. Garrus. Duh, need I say more? But please, let him have a repaired armor in ME3.



Mordin. He is very entertaining, and a good card to have in your sleeve.



3. Grunt. Because when things get rough, and it's going down, I want some muscle onboard my ship.



4. Legion, I'm keeping him only to see the way he will develop, he is the first Geth you speak it. C'mon.



5. Miranda, because I value her work, contribution to the team... And her bed, lol.



6. Samara, she is a great asset to every team, too bad I have to kill her in the conclusion of ME3, or make sure she dies in a glorious last stand blast... Reason for this, is because she told me "I hope that we won't meet again when this is done, for the sake of our friendship. Because I would be forced to kill you" what a ****. Not if I down you first!



7.Thane's son. Thane is likely going to die because of his sickness. I'm betting that his son want to take his place.



8. Conrad Verner. Hell yeah, let me recruit my local groupie! He wants to do it, who says he isn't a mad skilled killer in the field once I've trained him?



9. Ashley Williams. Because I couldn't think of a last one... And I'm not taking Tali, I hate that girl.

1. Liara - Best Biotic(Samara.. Meh.. Jack? Meh..).

2. Garrus - Loyal and badass.

3. Tali - Best Engineer.

4. Legion - Friendly Geth.

5. Wrex - Strongest Krogan.

6. Joker - Best Pilot.

7. Zaeed - He's pure badass.

8. EDI - Useful AI(She better not go rogue when Reapers arrive!)

1. Garrus - Kept him around all of ME1 because I thought he seemed pretty cool with his screw procedure approach, then met him on Omega, holding off 3 merc groups with a sniper rifle. Sold.



2. Miranda - One the most fun to talk to out of the whole game for me, and Slam is such a cool ability to see on the battlefield. Or maybe it's just because I'm a massive Chuck fanboy.



3. Jacob - Thought he'd be a bit of a tool to be honest, be he was a lot of fun to chat with and we agreed on most things. He also has some pretty good lines after missions.



4. Legion - Insanely good in combat, and a character I'd really like to see develop. Also I can see him have a suitably grand death fighting reapers.



5. Ashley - I can never put my finger on why exactly I kept her around through ME1 but I know it was genuinely hurtful when she tore me a new one on Horizon. Like to have her back, so long as she stops reading Tennyson.



6. Mordin - So hilarious and an awesome character throughout, loved listening to his singing and romance advice. Also Salarians are plain awesome and I'd like to keep one on my team.



7. Samara - I completely lost liking for Liara when she did her Benezia recitation, so I would rather have Samara as my Asari. She's seems pretty cool as she has a kind of Lawful Good morality, but is utterly merciless when people break the rules. As she herself suggests, she's kind of like a futuristic Samurai.



8. Tali - I never particularly warmed to Tali, probably because I saw her as useless in combat in ME1. She did improve in ME2, enough to convice me she's worth keeping around, if only to convince her that the pre-emptive strike on the Geth was a thoroughly stupid idea.



#9. Kal'Reeger - Not so much for the character, though he did seem pretty cool, but mainly for the awesomeness of having Adam Baldwin in my squad.

I'll try to post a realistic assumption, based on my Paragon ending ("screw you, Illusive Man, etc.") and my guesses about who will stick around regardless of your personal ending.
- Garrus: Shepard's best buddy and the best overall character of the two games. Also one of the old crew. Fan favourite.
- Tali: The best female character of the two games. One of the old crew. Fan favourite. Hell, I'd like to see a reason why the first two wouldn't be in my squad.
- Miranda: in my case, she can't return to Cerberus, so where else could she be?
- Jacob: see above.
- Legion: I'd like him to be in - he is after all a terminal specifically created for interfacing with organics, and a personality among geth.
- Ashley: I sense manface is going to come back just to annoy me. And I'd love putting her in her place after she starts shouting nonsense about Legion being on the team.

And the request: the bartender from Ilium! Not necessarily a party member, just a character.

Why only 6? I leave room for new party members.

I certainly hope I can gently refuse Liara's help. That would be, eh, awkward. How can I tell her that I romanced her just because BioWare didn't make Tali available?..

Top 8? Actually quite Difficult....



1. Tali: If only for her References for "Boo the Minature Giant Space Hamster" with her Pet Drone... "Go for the Optics!"

2. Garrus: Because he's taken a level in Badarse in ME2... and he's no longer a Whiney git....

3. Legion: Simple... a gesture of Good will from a Galatic power against an even Greater threat.

4. Grunt: Because i Highly Doubt he's going too Adandon his "Battlemaster" and i want him too keep his Promise. He'll be good too keep around too make sure my Shepard's Skills stay sharp.

5. Zaeed: Because this old Merc Deserves too go out with a Decent Bang.... and i still think there's more too him then he says.

6. Mordin: For his sheer Awesomeness.... and i need someone i can Trust too Develop Anti-Reaper Tech...

7. Jacob: Again like Zaeed... He Deserves more then he's Given... If nothing else he'll be getting the Respect he so Rightfully Deserves for his Actions too save the Council. Even if i have too Kill the Current Council too Ensure it...

8. Ashley/Kaiden: Because i need People i can Trust... and Respect. And Ashley/Kaiden had that... And more.



New Member: Admiral/Councilor Anderson. Because if the End... that's why i wanted him on the Council... He'll do what needs to be done too make sure the most People Survive.
