[Brought Down The Sky]

1) Garrus - obviously
2) Tali - obviously
3) Wrex - seeing as every team member except liara could be dead by ME3, if they bring some back, then there is no excuse not to bring back the original badass
4) Liara -  an option to make her into Benezia 2 would be cool
5) Mordin - he is the very model of a scientist salarian
6) Thane - Im not going to let him die!
7) Legion - not enough of him in ME2
8) Jack - badass

For other squadmember - Anderson - he deserves it

1. Tali. Been by my side continually through two games now and has always been my favorite character. Is also 'the one' for my Shepard and his most loyal friend.

2.-7 Tali. (see above) She needs to be in.

8. Garrus. Like Tali, he was the only squadmate to stand by my side unquestioningly even after seeing I was with Cerberus. They both trusted me, and I trusted them to have my back while dealing with that organization.  Joker and Dr. Chakwlas also fit in that category, and it would be criminal if they weren't all in.

That Kaiden/Ashley didn't give you the benefit of the doubt was flooring to me. Good riddence I say. (Though I wouldn't mind an awkward scene or two with them and the new RIs.

I could handle nearly anyone else not being squadmates in 3. I'd love to have them, but not essential. But it would be awfully nice to see some new crew faces (Kelly, Gabby & Donnely) staying on board. I've grown rather fond of them.

1) Thane. My everything I ever want and need drell and I wouldn't change it for the world. His backstory and romance are both quite emotionally engaging ™ and I enjoy every minute with him. He is the rock in my Shepard's storm. (And he is no slouch in combat either, always my first pick at squad selection.)



2) Garrus. The big G-Dawg, my right arm from ME1 and my second go-to guy for ME2. He'll always have my back. He's quick and skilled I can always count on him to get the job done.



3) Jack. This was surprising to me. I was quite unsure of Jack from all the hype, but I have to say If I didn't take Thane/Garrus, it was Thane/Jack. I ended up really liking her, I wanted to be her friend more than anything. I have a feeling to Shepard, after everything and gaining her loyalty, she'd be a fierce friend, maybe the only one she thought might be worth feeling something for, ready at a momment's notice to spring into action. The look she gave Shepard at the end while walking through the ship spoke volumes.



4) Miranda. Also surprising. I was at first put off by Miranda, but in the end, I also was happy to be her friend. Heck, she rebuilt me, she looked out for me and was always there when I needed her. She's got the cocky b---h routine down pat but she's also human under all that ice.



5) Tali. It'd be hard to go through ME3 without Tali after everything we've been through together. It'd be like eggs without the bacon and bacon is the best part.



6) Legion. I was impressed with Legion's story and touched at the same time. I would love to see more of him.



7) Wrex. Nuff said.



8) Mordin. First, he needs to find a cure for Thane and I have ever bit of confidence he'll do so (or I'll be a big sobby mess). Once that is settled, Mordin is just Mordin and there is nothing funnier than Mordin singing Gilbert and Sullivan or giving Shep advice on proper postitions. ME won't be ME anymore without Mordin.



Honorable Mention : Samara.



The If Only Character : Probably Aria. Running Omega she can probably get Shepard anything or at least find out who to contact/where to go. Her network and clout would come in handy.

3. Grunt - I think he is a more interesting character to have at your side as opposed to Wrex.



4. Mordin - Great guy, Mordin. At first, I didn't think I would like him, but as you learn more about him, he is very interesting.



5. Legion - Would be very useful to have on your side. Maybe he can get finished in getting patched up.



6. Miranda - Seems like a good second in command.



7. Liara



8. Ashley/Kaiden



Both to get the old gang back together.



New Member: Kal'Reegar. Need another quarian on Shepard's side.



Also, while they are at it, they should give Zachary Levi a role in the next game too.
