 Hi there..i pre-ordered Dragon age specially for the memory band,but it is not in my game,not in downloads,not anywhere...

I've tried redeeming my memory band code but all I get is "Unable to redeem code" and all of my other promo codes worked. Some kind of issue with the memory band...?

ohh...i never got any code for the memory band in my game...thats so unfair

It should be on the card or in the email that has your store's exclusive downloadable item as well.

only got the Stone Golem and blood armor code in my game..so my shop didnt include it in my game??

I had to reload my game many times and keep checking the downloadable content, then it did show up in there.

Whoever you pre-ordered from is responsible for giving you the codes for your pre-order items.



For example, I pre-ordered directly from the EA Store. The day my game shipped I had an email with my pre-order item codes.

Yeh i thought so..i bought it at an well known online shop..i send them an email about it..so now ill just play the waiting game...well play the dragon age game lol

I got it from steam, and they gave me three different codes... one to actually get the game running, and two seperate ones for 2 different DLC sets. Have how redeemed each code you were given?

IDK how the other stores are handling keys, however, so it might not help.
