I found the boots to the effort armor but i was wondering how to get the gauntlets, the chestpiece, and the helmet. Could someone plz help me, im lost...

The chest is dropped by the broodmother.

The helmet can be found by dog, if you let him search in Caridin's Cross, Ortan Thaig or Anvil of the Void.

The gloves can be found in the Drifter's Cache (http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/The_Drifter's_Cache)

The helmet does not have 'effort' in its name. The name of the helmet is 'Duty'.
