So ive been playing the game so far and its amazing, but during the whole story the voices of the characters are really low, its hard to explain bit when im walking around all the voices sound fine, but when i engage a conversation i can barely hear them....and also in the journal when you click something theres a guys voice that read it for you...i can barely hear im at all it sounds like a whisper with my volume almost all the way up

Either set your soundcard acceleration to "None" or "Basic", or set your sound to stereo instead of 5.1 or surround.
Some users have reported that stereo works perfectly but they don't like loosing the surround sound features.

wow, thank you so much =) i switched it to stereo and it works perfect, i have 5.1 surround sounds speakers and all but its no big deal at all, now i dont have to put the speaker to my ear when im playing hahah thanks again man
