I'm likely going to get a new computer soon. I noticed on the promo fliers that came with the game the code can only be used once. Does this only apply to my account meaning I can download it as long as the account is open or does this mean the content can only be downloaded once and must me re/purchased with every installation?

DLC is connected to your account so you shouldn't have a problem getting it all back I think
