I have switched my Internet provider so my email has changed. I can't find any way to change my email address and I am afraid to delete my account to create a new one because of the promo codes and such. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

You have to change the email address associated with the linked EA Account.
Go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, login with your old email and password from this site. Click on Update My Info and change your email address. You may need to logout and log back in over here for the change to register on this site.
