Hey all,

My game freezes and crashes a lot.
Im not arguind the developpers, even though I got the "minimal configuration" I know that this is not an easy task to pinpoint what configuration would run the game as it should.

ANW. I ask advised people to tell me how I could alter/modifiate some ME2 files (like config.ini etc.) to make the game more fluenth and without experiencing crashes.

My configuration:
ATI RADEON HD 2400 :s
1, 8ghz dual core
3 g ram (vista)

I play with minimal video settings in 1024.

Thanks for your help  Posted Image

HD2400? Sounds like a laptop card. I'm not quite sure your graphics card can handle the game. Also, 1.8 ghz just meets the requirement, so you shouldn't be surprised the game runs below average. Sorry for the harshness.

Yes I know, im not really surprised.

The point of this topic is not about complaining, its about referencing the modifications that we can do to the game files to improve its optimisation.

From experience I know you can alter some files (like .ini) to change some graphics or sounds settings.

From what I read, it is TECHNICALLY possible to alter the files, but since they're encrypted/protected it might take time for all of the proper performance mods to become available.
