So I've been playing one ME game on two computers, saving the games to a dropbox folder.

About 15 hours in I realize that my achievements are not syncing.  Some are on one comp, the rest on the other.  Is there a way I can bring them together?

Thanks for your help.

I'd been looking for something like that for a while. I play on 2 different desktops as well as my laptop. I finally found a program that can sync files, its called Windows Live Sync. You select a folder on your computer, and it syncs all of the files located in that folder to any other computer you have running the software. Note that in order for the files to transfer you need a hotmail or live email, and the source computer must be ON when you sync to another machine. Google it.

EDIT: If you mean ONLY achievements then no, not possible. They're saved in savegames. So if you have more than one savegame (two different characters, two different computer), after the sync I described above your achievements should sync.

I am syncing the files with dropbox. Everything is syncing EXCEPT the achievements. So if I get an achievement on comp A, it stays there and will not move to comp B, even though the rest of the game does.

So, you're saying that with Windows Live Sync, your achievements are moving over as well? I may check that out.

Also: if I can't get the achievements to sync, will this have any effect on my game when I start ME2 with this character?

Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure if its the achievements, or just the savegame that the choices are mad on that move over. Its worth a shot.

Achievements should be stored in the Profile.MassEffectProfile file in the Saves folder.

I use Syncplicity myself.
