I'm in Redcliff and it appears I've killed all the undead. The green mist is still around but no more bad guys. What can I do now.

Did the soldier come up to you and tell you the town is getting attacked? If not, go down there anyways....there might be some left in town

Can't really answer as this is a "non-spoiler" forum, but hopefully I will avoid a Fatwa by saying check the quest "diary" out and that should point you in the right direction.

go down to the bottom of the village and look down the paths leading to the houses and shop there will probably be a couple of hurlocks that dont move untill your really close to them

Some get stuck, search the areas they appear to come from.

What DPSSOC said - use your map and run around...occasionally one loses their way in the mist, and you miss them.
