Well I'm not exactly sure if it's a shadowing issue but it sure looks like it. In certain places like my Character's hair and around the weapons theres blurry textures black sometimes popping up... I've turned dynamic shadowing off and on with no change... you can see this in the video below, mostly around Kaidan's pistol and Shepard's hair. Also I'm not sure if this is a related issue but I sometimes also get black boxes around the screen, usually in combat. If you could help me I'd be really happy, thanks!

It's common problem I think, there was a big thread about it on steam forums sometime ago.

You've got to be kidding T_T. Is it the card? It makes it extremely distracting almost unplayable for me. :\\.
