I've got two problems. My first is that when i make a new character i have no eyes. Their just completely black. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of tmes, still nothing. I keep trying mods and such but they don't even work.
My second problem is the lag. I can barley move in game. It takes like five min to get across a room. I'm just so frustraited. I can't do anything !
Can anybody help ?

The game automatically assigns small textures to the lowest quality hardware.  The small textures include "brown" eyes only, and no blood spatters.  If in addition to small textures, you are still running slowly, you have the screen resolution way too high for your too-slow, too-weak system.  Refer to the system requirements.  The only "fix" is a major hardware upgrade.
