Hey I was just wondering if anyone was having the same problem. My game now always freezes on loading screens. I made it all the way to disc two before the problem started and now I can't even go back and start disc one now. I have tested other games and it seems now some other ones are freezing now too so I am thinking its a DVD drive problem, but just to be on the safe side I wanted to know if I should take my discs back as well just to be safe.

yeah im having the same problem i finished the game once, then trying to attempt a second time and its freezing right when shepard is being re-constructed when you pick the face class etc etc. thinking on returning it to gamestop =/

yea same i had to do the ship scene three times before it didnt freeze

Yep, same thing happened to me. I replayed it a few times and finally got the game going. Haven't tried to today, but I am just about to hunker down for a session on the 360.
