So in the course of playing Return to Ostagar, I decided to try my hand at using Sten, a character I had never touched until now. I gave him some leftover gifts I had, talked to him... and opened up his quest. Thing is, I can never complete it on this character, as I can't access the Lake Calenhad docks or Orzammar.
The same goes for Shale- despite being a DLC quest (which are supposed to be available after the game ends), I can't actually go into the Deep Roads to do his/her/its quest.
So, I was wondering, if someone would be able to whip up a mod to un-do the greying out of the world map's icons?

Well you could try to activate the map pin icons again. I have found out how to yesterday. Although the map pin isnt custom, this should work as well i think

Yeah, you've lost me.
I don't understand the toolset at all.
EDIT: Also, thanks for linking me to that (I really should've said that earlier!), and even though I don't understand it, I think I'll come back to it later when my toolset knowledge is a bit more advanced.

Its real easy.
You only need to make the M2da with excel and make the script with the toolset. But u have to know some basics first ,its not advanced really.
