Okay. N0 words on any of the buttons? That must be horribly frustrating for you.

Step 1: Alright, either before you begin making the character, or before you try to upload them, you need to log in (same account name and password as this site, it's efefctively logging into this site in the background while you work in the character creator). The login button is in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. It will bring up a box for you to type in your email address and password (with a "remember me" option) and a login button to click once you've enterred your details.

A little bar should come up in the middle of your screen (with something like "logging in now" written on it to let you know that it's doing something). After a while that will disappear and the log in button on the bottom left hand side of the screen should say Logged In instead of Log In.

Step 2: Then you get to have fun playing about with the sliders and tweaking your character's appearance. Once you've reached the last page you get a summary down the right hand side (with your character's portrait in the top right). The Log In button is there in the bottom left hand corner (in case you didn't log in earlier, so you can do it now).

Step 3: In the lower left, beneath the character's feet, is a button that save Save. You need to save the character before trying to upload them.

Step 4: There is also a button beneath the character's portrait in the top right hand corner. That is the button you need to click to upload the saved character

Another "doing something" bar appears on the middle of the screen to let you know that it's uploading. eventualy it vanishes (no confirmation of success). In the bottom right hand corner of this finalising screen is a Done (finished) button. To it's left are the go back buttons.

Important note: The character can easily take 19-24 hrs to arrive on the website. A few of mine took 2 or 3 days but my most recent one was up in about half an hour. I wish you luck with your uploading (and much joy of your ting). I can do you a screenshot walkthrough if I haven't been clear enough. If you've got no words in the character creator I'd be very concerned. It might lead to a similar problem with the game so you might want to ask technical support about it (or report it as a bug).

You can't. Although you could nicely ask them to make a character and email it to you but I suspect most folk wouldn't bother.

You should be able to find most of the characters that people have uploaded here It's not that easy to search but hopefuly you'll find some inspiration.

But surely you're an imaginative creative individual who can come up with a character appearance on their own :P.
