I installed DA:O at home, and everything ran great. This morning I took the game to work and installed on my work computer.  I logged in, and all my DLC downloaded and installed.  Now, back at home, when I try and play on my home computer all of my DLC except Shale and the Lucky Ring are listed as “not authorized.”  And when I try and load my saved game, it tells me that my saved game has premium content, and can’t be loaded until I log on with an account with premium content enabled.
I’m using the exact same login on both machines.  If I log out, all of the DLC no longer has the “not authorized” message, but I can’t get to the new DLC I added from work.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Just got the same thing, game crashed and now my saves can't be loaded becouse I apparently do not qualify for my preorder things and watcher's keep. :(

Edit: Actually a few restarts and relogs solved that. Still a bit scary that that can happen when you actually are logged in (Yes I checked, alot of times.)

Yeah, I just restarted a few times and eventually they all authorized. It took about 30 mins.

I was forced to chance computers and have the same challence with DLC.

1 time a week ago Wardens Keep, Stone Prisoner etc. was authorized after booting but it has not worked since. Unauthorized all over. Bad...And I'm logged in to the same account in Steam, which it was originally uploaded with and to Bioware account as well.

If you change computers its possible the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater is not starting automatically on game launch in time on the new computer. Try manually starting it before you start the game and see if that resolves things.

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

There is also a beta fix available which may resolve issues with the service starting automatically upon game launch.
