I have Dragon Age installed on two PC's, is there a way both me and my wife can play without the disc?

Probably not. However, perhaps try using a different disc on the other computer.

You could have played without a disc if you installed the Steam version of the game. And there IS a way to play the game without a disc if you installed it that way, however that is not so legal so I won't go into it.

Try starting the game on one computer with the disc. Then as the game has loaded up and you are playing, remove the disk and put it into the other computer. Your game should keep running even with the disk no longer in it. (At least this has worked for me with other games)
