I remember fondly when we could upload up to 500 screenshots. That's changed and understandable. What I'm wondering though, is why 100 FILES maximum? When I go in diagnostics, it says I can have a max of 100 files(which includes character data, screenshots, etc.).

Why restricts screenshots to 100 when more than 90 of them makes profile uploading not work? Why not just use the size limit instead?

Probably because the tech guys at EA are not able to handle more than 100 files.
When I remember my BF2 times, EA's tech abilities...

It's ridiculous I can't more than 100 while there is a 350 mb limit. Might as well not put a size limit...
