So on my 3rd playthrough of my main char trying to grind out missions, as well as having gone through with a soldier once, engineer once, and adept once.  And after finishing all my assignments atm I had to get one more League of One medallion.  So I went to Styx theta and found a UNC assignment that all these times I have missed.  It shocks me alot since Im pretty thourough with games and try to find everything.

Yeah, I didn't think to check for new assignments after finishing a major mission planet. The Styx Theta cluster only appears after you finish Noveria.

There's actually three UNC quests dealing with rachni, the last one becomes available only when the other two are finished.

Actually it was kinda random. It didnt even show up in my assignments until I found the listening post. Even then the follow up ones didnt show up, I had to go find the completed mission and look through the details to find the next place to go. I did all 3 today. Wasnt too bad, the Rachni Brood Warriors were tough though. Nothing a little singularity doesnt help.

For those who want to squeeze out every bit of XP: Styx Theta planets (both Nepmos and Altahe) have several unmarked Rachni colonies that are easily missed.

And this is actually a pretty fun set of missions. I am on it right now. Powering cannons with Mako = cool.

Is there any other places that show up later in the game, or after doing something else?
I know the Rouge mission doesnt start til your level 20.
Anything else appear later besides these missions and planets?

I think Maroon Sea cluster only becomes available after completing Feros.

There is one more planet that opens up after Noveria and the Styx Theta cluster. Its in the Arghos Rho system. I think its just a ship assignment to find out where they all came from.

Note that the very last mission in this arc does not show as an Open/Active quest.

The location of the starbase where the Rachni came from is listed in the completed mission description. Only discovered this in my 5th playtrough

Yeah, the Styx Theta missions can be easily missed simply because you don't get any indication about them - you just gotta notice that a new system appeared after you'd completed Noveria. Not so for the Maroon Sea ones - you get a Journal entry when you examine a console on Feros.

Uhm - @ all - one of the two you get from Feros (through the console near the shutters), is one of the two listening post missions. If you do that one, you'll automatically get the other one afterwards. And yes, for some weird reason the last reason only shows up in the log. When you arrive on the ship though, it'll become an official mission.
