TL;DR : DA toolset 1.0 please
Long : Someone have the 1.0's toolset link please? Bioware don't fixed the 1.1 after a month and the wiki is useless

The 1.1 don't start, i tried everything on the wiki (including manual install of everything)

I'd expect the "unable to connect" problem to be identical in 1.00. You might do better to post your exact symptoms - maybe a friendly SQL guru can help you.

Proleric, u had the 1.0 before and don't had any problem with 
And yes the problem with the 1.1 is unable to connect to the database, but nothing in the wiki help

Please post you OS and which version ie 32 or 64 bit
check following things in 64 bit OS: (the paths are diffrent in 32bit)
* is there a database file in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\DAODB\\Data ?
it should be two database files called "bw_dragonage_content"
*is the service "SQL server BWDATOOLSET" running? (press WIN + R and type "services.msc" to see current installed services)
*is the registry entry for the toolset database correct? (press WIN +R and type "regedit") and look in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Bioware/Dragon Age
it should point to the database folder above.
*run MS SQL Server 2005 Surface Area Configuration and make sure the toolset database server has admin rights.
