I'd like to see a free text field in profiles (perhaps with limited # of characters) where people could enter a short description or bio of themselves. Builders for instance could list their experience. It would help with recruiting and to get to know each other. I know there is the comment section of the profile that allows free text input, but it would be better if the bio were part of the profile itself (under "personal information" perhaps).

Thoughts?
