What effect does executing Loghain at the Landsmeet have on the cutscenes and dialog in RTO? At this point I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to revert to an earlier save to get the full experience.

None that I can tell, except you can't take him with you if he's dead and he's supposed to have some dialog.

Just different dialogues. The secret companion will reveal that Cailan was in an affair.. etc.
