I am just looking on how to start this quest!
Though I am trying to use my character from Post-Game, during the Cornation. Which it says you can use.
But everytime I leave it just goes to endgame, credits, then game screen.
I've talked to everyone, marked it as my active quests...
I am at a loss. Can you not play it from your completed file? I thought BioWare was setting it up so you could.

You have to load your Epilogue save.

Concatenating the two pieces of advice above:
Do not 'Resume' or load the obvious save. There will be a savegame with no image/photo called an Epilogue Save. This save will load on some road somewhere you've never seen.
