 I keep getting random renegade points for things that are "really" not renegade. Example, I'd get renegade points for saying "I want to stay and look around" every time I'm asked if I should go to the ship or not. If I go to the ship, I don't get any. If I stay, I get them (the clinic I tried 3 times, and still got them). Also, I got them after talking to the Illusive Man after the derelict ship mission, and no matter what dialogue option I picked, I still got renegade points. Same with after you finish Grunts challenge, and you talk to the other krogan before they fight. I said, "Let Grunt decide." He decided to kill them, thus "I" got renegade points. I then tried different dialogue options, and still got renegade points.

There are other examples, but I don't remember them that well. Either way, I really don't like getting renegade points if I'm not doing anything renegade, and want to play all good in my game.
