Just installed ME2 via steam running win7. The steam local data is on my secondary D HD and windows is running on C. When I try to intall DLC it gives me an error saying 'ME2 is not installed on this computer, please install ME2 and try again'. Any ideas?

I believe there were other message threads that you could have chosen as better guides to your problem. Not sure, as I have never had the problem, but I am pretty sure it's been coming up moderately often. One thing I do know is that any "No-CD" patched file cannot be used when trying to download added content.

For a Steam copy, I believe you need to run the game once in order for it to establish its registry settings. If you haven't run it at all yet, do so (just get to the main menu and quit) and then see if the DLC will install.
