Tali: Althought it is tragic... it is start of the cute and adorable romance between her and her commander
Grunt: Immaturity to maturity. From this point Grunt realizes the importance of the clan, kinsmen and a greater good. The fact that he refers Shepard as his battlemaster says it all... comming from a pure respect....

They made Garrus such a badass in this game.

Also, headbutting the other Krogan was the best part, if you did that.crimsontotem wrote...

I don't care what anyone says about him. He had a great VA and some great lines. That roar he gives off when firing at the ship in the Paragon mission ending was frakkin powerful.

Getting Garrus to back down from killing his traitor teammate and realise that this guy is going to live the rest of his life tortured by the fact he got nine people die was epic. I liked Miranda's as well because it was quite personal and it showed another side of her character. Plus the email from her sister is worth a chuckle.
Didn't really care much for Tali's one, but then I never really found Tali that exciting as a character anyway. :/

Close, very close second was Grunt. Getting a look at krogan culture and history from their perspective was fascinating. Fighting a thresher maw on foot was impressive too.
Oh, and having read Lord of the Flies gave Jacob's mission an amusing (albeit disturbing) spin.

when he says his prayer and then disappears i was like "WOAHHH!"
and the stand off with Kolyat and seeing the police lights flashing from outside was really cool.

I just loved it because it really opened up her character and show her softness. She's my favorite character.

"Tell me what I wanna know or I'll cut your balls off and give them to a Krogan!"
