I am on the Garrus loyalty mission where he wants to kill his old friend Sedonis. I am not sure what to do. Garrus is about to take the shot and I have two options move to the side so he can take the shot or warn Sedonis. I am a paragon and I wanty to warn him but if I do so will I loose the loyalty of Garrus?

No, you'll still get his loyalty if you warn Sidonis. Garrus will be upset at first, but don't worry about it.

I've completed this quest a number of times always ending in Sedonis with a shot to the back of his head. During renegade no problem lol but when i play for full paragon i always end taking the shot for loyalty now that i know it doesn't matter hit or miss thats good news but im curious. does Sedonis give an explanation? Was there a reason for what he did or did things happen differently? If not i'll stick with the casual side step and brain splatter. Always fun to watch ;]

Even as a paragon I let him shoot him. It's morally wrong, but Garrus is right... there's no one else to convict him.
