After I did the loyalty quests for both Miranda and Jack they began to fight and I wasn't able to charm either of them during the fight as the option was greyed out. I saved my game before the fight and tried again and yet still couldn't charm them at full paragon. I chose Miranda's side then tried to charm Jack option was greyed out. Did the same to Miranda option was greyed out, I have full paragon and it still won't work.  

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yeah, I just made two different play through's after that point pain in the ass but whatever.
