Whenever I am prompted to enter my email address and password I get the message "Please try again."  I know I'm enter the correct information because if I deliberately type the password wrong it say, "Unable to log in to the Dragon Age servers.  The username or password is incorrect.  Please try again."

I've contacted EA through chat a few times, but their solution is for me to do something that gets me off of chat (wait a few hours, delete and reinstall, whatever).  I've been told I'll be contacted by a senior technician, but alas this has never occured.  I'm getting really frustrated with the game and whenever I pop in the game I get mental about this issue. Is there an actual solution to this problem, or should I take the support agents implicit advise and go f*** myself?

Have you tried through EA.com's Customer service? They are a tad slow, but I got my login issue resolved through them.
