That has to be the answer. That is the only thing i can think of.
Even with the Korgan united and the geth collective helping and the whole
council races with all of the fire-power..... It wont be enough.
We NEED Leviathan of Dis. Leviathan was probably the ship used to kill that
Reaper we had to go on board of.

I agree with Nithrakis, i think the Geth will be making a strong showing in ME3.

Just look at what the SR2 upgraded did to the collector ship! 2 shots and kabloom!!! Give the Alliance and Quarians an oppurtunity to research and even improve the SR2 and imaging the fleet of SR related ships they could have.
I guess what really matters is how long it will take the Reapers to get from Dark Space to the Terminus Systems and inward.

I think it will involve that Sun, Shep is gonna lure the reaper armada to that star system and then cause the star to go supernova with dark energy! Wipe them all out.
Dark energy is mentioned twice as far as I know in the game. First was Veektor or whatever the guys name was, talking about dark energy coming from the harbringer guy or the collectors themselves and the Sun. So either that sun is something the reapers are planning and that dark energy is their signal or that sun is gonna play an important part in the next game...or at least it signals that we are gonna learn how to 'splod the stars.
Yeah, that might be something to look out for as well.

That is exactly what we have to not do. Did you listen to Leigon at all? Everything that got us into this mess relays back to technoligy the reapers gave to us. We progress along a path they decide and they manipulate.MerrickShep wrote...
We need to use their tech against them. I don't believe it will be that hard we know what were facing and know they can be destroyed.
Who knows maybe the Mass Relays are more than just things to use to transport maybe they can be used as weapons.
Thats the big problem with not destroying the Collector base,
We need our own tech to win, like what the Protheans did when they built their own relay.

The Reapers wipe out **** every 50,000 yrs so all the noise doesn't attract Cybertron. Because as we all know Cybertron itself is a giant robot that eats reapers for lunch because it never wakes up in time for breakfast

Im convinced that the Levi of Dis was just a collector ship, figuring it was organic, and old, with the proth turned into the collectors and all

Just saying, it seems too straight foreward. And after hearing the things Harbinger says, I started wondering if they were actually our only hope and salvation against something bigger. Not to mention a line I remember about the Reapers trying to make a prothean reaper but failed so they made the Protheans the Collectors. And yes, Sovereign does say he is the vanguard of our destruction, but Harbinger says that destruction is our only savlvation, then we find out he is using our lifes to create a human reaper. Our destruction was, in the end, the thing that was making use eternal, making us a Reaper. Why would they make a Reaper of what they wanted to extermenate? To me a Reaper seems a form of salvation. An ultimate warrior.

I think my pants got heavier when I saw the what had to be like a thousand reepers. How the hell in ME3 are your supposed to kill all of those. It doesn't even seem unifying every race in the galaxy would kill all of those things.
Maybe Shepard has to find a bunch of super-constructs the shape of giant rings that the Protheans or some sort of Ancient race built that can wipe out all sentient life in the galaxy, and by finding said constructs, Shepard would let loose a parasitic race of aliens that assimilated biomass and created zombie-esque enemies to fight while teaming up with an unlikely ally, a Prothean/Collector warrior who was forsaken by his race and sent forth to a suicide mission.
*ahem*
Or something like that.

Methinks something that can do that to a planet would just have a blast with the reapers (pun only somewhat intended).

Well, it cant be Collector ship really because it was a lot older. It was around billion years according to ME wikia.
So it cant be the prothean Collectors ship. Maybe something before them. But most likely something that might outdate even the Reapers. So maybe in ME3 we have to find a way to get it working to use it against the reapers.
lol, i am sure that the writers are watching the forums to get ideas where to take the last game right now =P
I KNOW YOUR PLAN ! If it happens like i said it here i will sue you BioWare for using my IP in your game ! =P

Rachni army
council race armies
all the non council races armies
mercenaries
and the Geth.
I bet it won't be too bad of a fight
and who knows how the collector data will turn up.
cured krogan, Rachni army and Geth can all produce soldiers fast, but ships I would think are the real problem. Figuring each Reaper is 2 miles long.
Buuut we still have just seen one Dreadnoughts which was the Destiny Ascension and there's like 70ish of them

Didnt TIM mention that they found a planet with massive crater and then traced the trajectory or something of the blast and found that disabled reaper. That would be the planet then, would it not.

Didn't really think about it, it kinda just popped into my head after the final scenes of Harbinger. Plus Im hoping that ME wont be so straight forward with the Reaper thing as it seems to be, I enjoy twists, especially when you dont see them coming
