im having problems with the site logging me out after i load up a new page. for clarification, i sign in, go to a thread, and have to re-log in. it happens everytime. Can anyone help me? i use firefox with no add-ons as my browser.

This is a known issue with IE8 (at least I think it is since I have heard of it many times). Try a different browser like chrome until this issue goes away? That's what I have done, anyway. Good luck.
