I completed the game about an hour ago. All paragon Miranda love story, the surviving cerberus ship crew was only Dr chakwas, blew up the collector base and The only party member who died was Jacob. For the first playthrough i think i did pretty decent, second i will be going into omega 4 sooner to save the cerberus crew I chose to fly the galaxy doing more side missions I didn't think you could play after completion and thats why. Also I'm a little baffled at how jacob died. He peeked through the door n got shot by a laser for no reason when you were trying to close the door.
