It seems many of us have similar ideas, like having your squad return for ME3 and continuing the romance quests into an actual relationship instead of railroading the crew of ME2 to make room for a new crew.

So here's a question, what crew would have to come back in ME3? (I.E., is there a crew member that would have to show up, or you’d not even want to play the game?) By all means, if there are multiple, please list them and let us know why.

For me it’s Tali. She was the most dynamic character in ME1 and her character growth was well developed throughout the game. Her culture is incredibly interesting and actually seeing the Flotilla was great. The lack of her as a love interest in ME1 was disappointing, but she was no less charming and endearing in ME2.

I want Ashley, Wrex, and Miranda to return. Wrex is just plain awesome, has sort of an..."honor" spirit about him.



Ashley and Miranda are my favorite characters, because there is so much more to them underneath than first let on. I love how they change and soften up to me over time.

Well my Shep needs Grunt and Tali(LI), they seem most loyal to him. I would say Garrus but he's changed a little to much for my tastes when we were hunting down Harkin and Sidonis I wanted so much to just stop him but I didn't want to risk not gaining loyalty.



I would also love Jacob to return to my side he seems like a worth Lieutenant type, and Mordin is like Joker in a way that nobody else could do his job.

Personally I would like to see at least Tali Come back in ME3 she was great in ME1 and the only reason i figured she wasn't a possible romantic interest in ME1 was cause she was so young she's older now in ME2 so she was available for romance. I do agree that seeing the flotilla was awesome and I would love for her to be able to come back and allow for the choice to continue that relationship thru the end. I also think that since you had the option for loyalty in ME2 that it would be nice is the crew would all come back well all that survived. I also say Joker needs to stay It was truly awesome that he got such a good part in ME2

I was very sad to see Wrex not part of my crew in ME2, his brutal remarks are sorely missed (Although I have to admit that Grunts' "Too late! NOW YOURE DEAD!!!" made me smile whilst under Harbingers fire) . Out of group partners it would probably be Legion, Miranda and the joking/singing Mordin. I think that the whole EDI/Joker duet worked brilliantly. The addition of a secretary was a nice touch. As long as the group NPC both from ME1 and 2 are present in 3, I'd be happy.

Mordin. The two of us were an unstoppable force of bad-assery and explosions. We made saving the galaxy look good.

Many assumptions are that the next game will involve bringing the entire galaxy together against the Reapers, and assuming Wrex is alive for your file, he would need to lead the Krogan....still would be cool.



Garrus above all else, I went after him for my team first and he went with me on every mission. Then Thane, Ashley, Legion and Grunt. Ashley as my LI, Thane and Legion are just awesome, and Grunt is like a bodyguard. Genetically the best Krogan, who would mess with that?

I didn't like Jacob, Zaeed and Grunt much at all, i thought they were fairly boring characters. Miranda was quite well written, but ultimately i wouldn't be disappointed if she was left out of ME3, she just didn't hold my interest as much as the others.

If your paragon score is high enough you can stop Garrus from shooting Harkin in the leg and assassinating Sidonis and still secure his loyalty. You should try it out - it's very satisfying.

Tali and Legion. The quarian and geth conflict is screaming for resolution and these two central characters are the ideal catalysts for it.

As members of the squad? Ashley/Kaiden and Liara should probably come back eventually. Tali and Garrus are dead ringers as well.

Oh, and Jack, because her Paragon romance path has all kinds of potential. Grunt is a good guy as well.



People who should show up, but maybe not neccessarily in the squad? Miranda and that other guy, for sure! Mordin should at the very least stay on the ship as your resident smart guy.

Legion is essential for continued geth subplots.

Hell, anybody who survived the second game, lets leave it at that.
