basically the title says it all

i pre-ordered the game instore and picked it up on release, so far im loving the game but i feel conned since my DLC code hasnt given me access to any armour, just zaeed

did i have to pre-order it online from amazon or steam to get the armour?

same thing for me. pre-order in-store at gamestop and was suppose to get extra armor and cool gun they showed on TV commercials. when I logged in to Cerberus I get options for dragon armor, zaeed, and normandy crash site. I found links to redeem codes but I didn't get any more codes.



I heard from a buddy that there was something in-game that tells you how to get codes but that when he tried it got all screwed up and didn't work anyway.

You needed to get the separate card from the store when you picked up the game. The card has the code for the pre-order bonus Check with the store you got it from to see if they still have any cards left.

the preorder bonus is completely separate from the cerberus network. it's on a card that should have been given to you separate from the game box in-store when you picked up your game.
