Is it just me, or is the extent of the great Matriarch Benezia's powers....calling reinforcements? Why does that weaken her? If she just yelled for them instead of calling them biotically maybe she'd last longer.

My guess would be that she gets weak after a while of being invincible while you're fighting reinforcements.

I always think that she becomes really weak cuz she tries to keep her self not controlled by the ship itself. So she is fighting mentally that's why the extent of her power was calling out reinforcements.

Agreed they could have made her more knowledgeable sounding since she is a freaking Matriach.

I thought it was weird when she cleared her throat while talking to Saren after Eden Prime. It sounded like she was auditioning for a play.

Well if you run up close to her she blasts you with warp or something and you almost die..Atleast thats what happend to me.

Warp, yeah and she uses a very strong biotic barrier that makes her pretty hard to take out. I believe she actually uses singularity on you as well. If I tried to take her out directly without taking the reinforcements out first it was next to impossible.

If you recall when speaking to Matsuo she says no power sources were scanned in those boxes Benezia brought. And when you see the Geth in the garage is has a biotic-blue glow creeping about it which is unusual. So from these I conclude that the Geth with Benezia are actually being powered by Benezia's biotics. That's why she gets drained while summoning reinforcements, she's actually expending juice to power them up.

I dunno what it is with bioware but I think the devs are star trek fans, they seem to use a lot of star trek actors for the voice overs, Benezia is Dianna troi from st next generation, they have tim russ and kate mulgrew ( star trek voyager ) in dragon age as well !! lol
