I pro-ordered my ME2 collectors edition, and so i got 3 shiny new codes to redeem when i got home.

We all know, first thing you do when you get those codes is redeem them, so i cam here, i created an account and redeemed them all. Wrong ;o

I got downstairs, started it up, went to connect to cerbrus and it turns out you have to connect the account the the gamertag, not the gamertag to the account (if that makes sense to anyone else).

Came back upstairs, tried to connect the account to my gamertag, however, my brother had already created and connected an EA account to my Xbox gamertag.

I'm here to ask, how the hell do i 'unredeem' my codes so i can put them onto his, or how do i switch them onto his account? I don't think deleting his EA account is an option <_< so i guess i'm stuck with either missing out on all the great content i was looking forward to, or somehow putting the codes onto his account?

Anyway, sorry for the rambling, anyone know how to help me?

You'll unfortunately have to contact their customer support to have them combine the EA accounts and or move the codes to an account you designate as the master account.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have contacted support, but i guess they are inundated(sp) with similar problems.



I don't suppose there is a way to delete his account and attach the gamertag to my account to redeem the codes?

I emailed them the other day and asked them how to fix that same problem and after about 12 hours of nothing it came up fixed and resolved. The only problem was though that it relocked my Cerbeus Network and now it is asking me to pay to get it back because my redemption code has already been used. So if you email them ask about that little problem before they fix it.
