I've beaten the game and saved everyone. I know there's still post-loyalty mission dialogue trees that I haven't see yet, esp. with Legion. But they normally only advanced if you beat a mission, otherwise they'll say, "still mediatating, consensus building" etc. Anyone know a way to let me keep conversing with teammates?
