While playing the game through my second play through, I am playing when the game locks up, then the computer restarts. My computer isn't prone to locking up like this, but oh well. My problem is that when I reloaded Mass Effect 2, my settings, including key bindings, login, and achievements have been reset. I am mad because I have lost all of my achievements, and all I want is for me to get them back, without playing the game again.

Exact same problem, locked up and lost all that you've mentioned. I wouldn't mind if this was at the beginning, but it was after I hit level 20.

exact same problem, pc crashed while playing and all config has reset, not a big problem. but I had unlocked ALL the achievements, damn... and now they're lost
wierd thing is that past save games have not been afected, so I can load a game in the insanity dificulty (for example) and have all my companions with the "loyal" red circle under them, but the achievements are all blank!!!
please someone knows how to fix this without having to replay it all? that would be very lame!
