So I go to buy RTO with the leftover points I have(1040 to be exact) but I am forced to purchase MORE points before I can move forward and buy RTO.
I can not buy in game because the Daupdater SVC wont start, I have had to figure out work arounds to use content I have paid for. So that option is out for me.
Does anyone know the webpage to SPEND my Bioware points. I don't want to purchase anymore, I have more than enough.
Making me have to buy another point package is not cool.
So no DLC in-game Daupdater is non functioning
Bioware website forces me to buy more points to continue shopping, I have more than enough.
What are my other options?

I don't believe there is a webpage where you can exchange points for Return To Ostagar yet. You are not however forced to buy more points, and in fact there's no point to it if you already have enough. Its just that the purchase option for Return To Ostagar on the addons page is linked to the generic Purchase Points page.
The only current option to purchase it is to buy it in game. You could try the manual download of RtO, which you would have to do anyways if you can't get the updater service to start, and see if that brings up the option to buy it. Not sure how much you can actually to get to work without the updater service though, its pretty essential for the DLC system to work.
