How do I activate blood dragon Armor?
The download appears on my social profile, but when I download and run it, I still cannot find it in my game?
Also the second screen on my left says I am connected to the Cerberus network...so what am I missing folks?
Cannot find promotion gear in game?

You don't get it until you get access to your armor locker on the Normandy in-game. By the galaxy map is a private terminal and one of the tabs there will show if it's installed. But it's in your Captains Cabin armor locker.
Have to admit, it's a bit bizarre that you have to go that far into the game before you can tell if you have it. First time I installed it, the extra content didn't show up. I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it.

Actually, there's an armor locker earlier on. Maybe it will show up in that one. It's a bit hidden though. When you open up the locker, click on the Armor tab. There's a slider at the top. That will switch armors.
