I have "Mass Effect Collector's Edition"

I have used "Cerberus Network Card" and I got:

Collectors' Weapon and Armor
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network) 
Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)

Even I got that "Collectors' Weapon and Armor" on my registered promotions tab, I have used my "Collectors Code" which was written in aseperate flyer. And I got nothing extra.

What I mean is: I already got that "Collectors' Weapon and Armor" as soon as I registered the Cerberus Network. Did I just wasted a valuable "Collectors' Weapon and Armor" code since I tried to register it by typing to get something extra?.   I could give it to one of my friends. Why there is no warning which tells that "Cerberus Network Card" also contains the "Collectors' Weapon and Armor".

It's not suppose to, sounds like a bug and they won't give you a new code just to give away.

On Release Day there was an issue with the Cerberus Card in the Collector's Edition. Redeeming the Cerberus code was giving people the Collector's Armor. My assumption is that the way they fixed that was to have it give you both things when you redeemed either one. I noticed that just redeeming my Collector's card gave me all the DLC, and I'm not sure I needed to redeem my Cerberus code, but I did anyways just to be safe.

So, when you entered your Cerberus Network Key, you got Zaeed and Normandy bonuses.
And when you entered The Collectors Key, you got Collectors Armor and Weapon.

That's what we supposed to get right ?

I had Blood Dragon Armor and Inferno Armor as well. For the inferno, I had to input my preorder code. For Blood Dragon. I think it was there just because of my Dragon Age Origins CE

Thanks for information. That makes sense. That means, most of the CE owners has an extra code to give their friends unlike me who wasted the card  I wish I knew this before. Thank you for explanation.

I also got the Masseffect2 Collector's Edition , redeemed the code fo the armor and rifle; dowloaded and installed it. I look in the armor closet inthe Captain's Quarter's and no armor. Am I missing something?

the email from the Illusivbe Man says its delivered inthe Normandy's Armory, but I only see a weapons thing for that .

You have to press on the top to change it... in your cabine.

Armor can be changed at Captain Quarters.

Collectors Edition Weapon can be used instead of regular assault rifle. Just select the regular Assault rifle and press the select button to see the alternatives you can carry. (you will realize the text "2 options available" written at the assult rifle tab, this means you can select one of the 2 available weapons for that category)

I´m with 20 hours of gamep´lay and I´ve bought the digital deluxe edition, and I didn´t get the collectors equip and neither the inferno armor...where can I find them?

I tried my best to get one on my local Gamestop / EB Games locations but I was out of luck. I couldn't get any.

it should be already in your hard drive, check this location:

C:\\Program Files\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\mass effect 2\\Bonus

I asked Futureshop stuff to provide me an Inferno Armor Code when I was buying my Collectors Edition and I used both of them. She gave me the last flyer which was in her drawer, I saw that.

I tried all of the EB Games, GameStop where I usually buy my games, but this time they just just whispered me to go on-line. At first I couldn't get it. Then my friend told me that they were selling their coupons on Ebay.

Without any solution I had to go and buy a code from Ebay... I didn't get it yet though...

I got my promo code for Terminus Gear. ^^

If you entered the code go to your game promotions and download the DLC files.
