I've gotten completely stuck by this mission. I board the ship, defeat the first batch of enemies, proceed to the engine room, and activate the first relay, but the bridge to the other side of the room appears to have been blown up.
I've searched around, and backtracked, and can't find any way to get to the second relay.
I'll have to restore an old save, since there's no way to complete the mission as is.

the second one is just to the left of the first, behind a wall. the one above is the 3rd, maybe its cut off till you switch on 2. i think now, kinda fuzzy, only played once and was against the time!

I can see where the switch is, but there's no way to get there. I even tried sending my squadmates to it, and they walk across the destroyed bridge to get to it, but I can't follow.
Pretty sure the bridge is supposed to be blown up once I cross it, not before I ever get to it!

I took a minute to find it, you have to walk down some pipes at the bottom of the room. Doesn't look like it's an area you can walk on, so it confused the hell out of me.

The first one is down the ramp and immediately behind you. The second one can be found on the opposing side in the same spot (parallel to the first). To get there go back to the ramp bottom and pull to the left and go towards the other side. There are pipes there that dont look like they can be walked on but they can. And lastly the third one is up the ramp on the same side as number 2. Go all the way to the top and you will have to hack it.

It is so strange. I did this the first play through no trouble. I even missed the first set and made it to the final terminal before setting off the first two. Now I can't seem to find the ramp up. Very frustrating. I guess I'll try again.
EDIT: I finally got it done. Some how I kept missing the ramp up, maybe because I was under more fire on the hire difficulty level.
