Does a character's stat bonus from a good relationship with the PC get them easier access to minimum stats for certain talents? Or is their eligibility to learn talents derived from their base stat, before the relationship bonus is added?
What about equipment? Does that use base strength, or strength adjusted by relationship bonus (where applicable)?
