So i started a hardcore game with my male sheppard at 28, and i came to picking up Mordin and doing teh quest to attain him and i realized something.  The Vorcha are screaming at you about how the collectors told them to spread the plague and that you were obviously coming to stop them.  So now in hindsight.... why would Harbinger (controlling the general), want to wipe out every race except the Vorcha and Humanity other than the whole coming together in unity factor? Do they just need one race to create a reaper?, So would that mean that the protheans werent actually an only species 50k years ago?
