Was just curious, is Zaeed obtainable during game progression after you start a game with the dlc downloaded, and where and when about do I get the chance to pick him up?
Also was wondering. Even if you downloaded all the dlc including the other extra content on the cerberus network, if I continue the game I started while connected, but then disconnected from Xbox live, will I still beable to acess it during the game? Any insight would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

You pick up Zaeed on Omega.
I live in a dorm and can only have one internet connection at a time, and I've downloaded all the DLC then go offline and it works fine. Usually you have to restart your xbox to have it show up.
