I too would like to know. I've searched the web a few times and there are so many places the music might have come from...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trailer_music has a good few of the companies that create trailer music but there is no mention of Mass Effect 2 on there sites.

It's annoying when you say "can you upload the music for the ME2 Cinematic Trailer please?" and the person thinks "Heart of Courage" and you mean the one made by Blur.

Also, I can't find it on YouTube or Google. If someone had Audacity, then they could get the music from the trailer by blanking out the Sound Effects and Speech.

I would also like the E3 09 trailer track and the Cinematic trailer song, The one that popped up towards the end.

There's a shorter version of it in the ME2 sound files, but it sadly still included sound effects. I've tried blanking them out, as the poster above said, but they're not on seperate channels, and not very easy to get out.

It's not perfect, but maybe someone who has experience with audio management can do something with it. Practically i recorded the audio content from the trailer and put 2 pieces together.

When companys do trailers they often stick to the same Music creator for the same product....meaning: since we know that the launch trailer had Two Steps from Hell...you maybe should just click yourself on youtube through the songs of em ... and if its made by Jack wall for the trailer then you simply will find it either on the soundtrack or nowhere

Both the E3 and Cinematic ending song arent on the OST for MassEffect 2. I can come up with at least 4 songs form the game that arent on the disc itself. The creator of the E3 song was someone from bioware, its some where in the old forums.  Two steps of hell didnt make either of the 2 songs.

A lot of material didn't make it onto the OST. I've got a lot of tracks from in-game, and am actually piecing them together to create my own soundtrack.
