First, I LOVE THIS GAME! Unfortunately I accidentally scratched the second disc and am wondering if I just buy a new set of discs will the game saves on my hard drive transfer over or will I have to start my game over from the very beginning? Thanks in advance!

Your games saves wont be affected by buying a new set, however, I'd recommend (if you have space on your HDD) to download both disks to you HDD. It saves hassle like your going through just now.
