 Hey guys,

When I bought this game through steam I was given three codes, one for 'promo code' one for 'Cerberus' and one called 'Game'. So I booted the game up last night and the cerberus thing in the game itself was asking for my email etc which I put my new one in for my google account.

However, my bioware site details (which I created for dragonage) has all my old hotmail account details. So I have redeemed the cerberus code to my googlemail email and then come on this morning and redeemed the DLC (inferno armour) to my bioware site info (which ofc is different).

So now when I log into the game and cerberus starts it says 'DLC is not availble' :(

I have tried logging out in the game and going into Cerberus with my hotmail accounf but now it says my Cerberus code is in use, well yeah by my googlemail. Its directing me back to the bioware site to buy more bioware points to buy another cerberus code for 1200 points!

What a mess. I know I have made an error here on my part but I feel it's down to having to log into 50 different websites with different account information that this has happened.

Does anyone know a way around this problem or have I lost all my preorder DLC now?

Cheers guys

My guess would be EA support. So you have an EA account with a gmail account and another EA account with a hotmail account?

Kinda like me, I ended up with two EA accounts when trying to link the Dragon Age Journey DLC's to my DA:O game.

I guess you could try linking the two together if possible by logging in into. http://support.ea.com/

Or chat online with EA support and have them help you with it.
