After changing bonus ability, enter combat, then try to move the icons on your hotbar. Every time i do without fail, i get 2 seconds of stuttering then crash to desktop. Using ATI Radeon HD 5850.
Sadly, this will get lost in the deluge of random stuff since there is no bug report section

Has happened to me on numerous occasions. Gets kinda annoying when you just want to switch places with two specific abilities, and bam. You crash, without saving, of course. D:

I can also verify this, I was actually just looking for a place to post it here are more details;
It is on PC version.
The way to get this to replicate is as follows;
Simply click a skill already in the hotbar on the top, and attempt to drag it to another slot on the bar.
Do NOT drag from the lower section of the menu.
This bug is 100% reproducable. It will happen every single time.
